Football is played during the first two terms of the school year. Boys and girls from P6 and P7 are welcome to participate. The school team plays in the local district football League which encompasses schools from South Belfast. In addition to the eleven-a-side league there are 7-a-side and 5-a-side competitions.

Miniversity

Miniversity is for P1-7. The lesson plans are designed specifically for children and cover topics such as Keyboard Skills, Touch Typing, Internet Safety, SCRATCH Programming, Windows Movie Maker, Microsoft Word, Excel, Microsoft Publisher and Microsoft PowerPoint with a big emphasis on Careers and Presentation Skills.

Wrap Around Care

Knockbreda Primary School is delighted to be able to provide a wrap around care service to parents and carers from 8am to 6pm.
Early Morning Club is available at £1 per day and does not require pre-booking. More details are available on request from the school office.
After School care is provided by Sleepy Hollow who have full access to school facilities.
